RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen (14) days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing any reason and without incurring penalties.

Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To be eligible for withdrawal:

    ▪    The product must be returned in its original condition
    ▪    It must not have been used
    ▪    It must be complete and in its original packaging
    ▪    Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

Any damaged, used, or incomplete product will not be eligible for reimbursement.

Reimbursement will be processed within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the returned goods or proof of shipment.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Specific Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

Product Safety (Candles)

Candles must be used strictly in accordance with the safety instructions provided on the label.
They must never be left unattended and must be kept out of reach of children.
