Delivery, Returns & Withdrawal

Each TAOE creation is carefully prepared in our atelier before being entrusted to our selected delivery partners.

Delivery

Carriers:

• Mondial Relay
• La Poste – Colissimo

Preparation: 1 to 3 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

• Colissimo: 2 to 4 business days
• Mondial Relay: 3 to 5 business days

Shipping costs are displayed before final order confirmation.

The Customer is invited to check the condition of the parcel upon delivery. Any damage or irregularity must be reported to the carrier immediately and to TAOE3 within 48 hours at: contact@taoe3.fr.

Returns

Products may be returned under the following conditions:

• Unused
• Complete
• In their original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

Before returning any product, please contact us at contact@taoe3.fr to receive the necessary instructions.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned products.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer law, you have fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.
