TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – TAOE3

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “T&C”) govern all sales concluded between TAOE3 and any individual or legal entity purchasing products via the website www.taoe3.fr.

Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

The products offered are artisanal candles and decorative accessories.

Due to the handcrafted nature of the products, slight variations in appearance, color or texture may occur and shall not be considered defects.

Product photographs are non-contractual.

3. Orders

An order becomes final once payment has been confirmed.

TAOE3 reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of previous disputes or non-payment.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping costs.

TAOE3 reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of order validation.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Transactions are securely processed via the payment provider Revolut. TAOE3 does not store full bank details.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are carried out via Mondial Relay or La Poste – Colissimo to the address provided by the Customer.

Delivery times are indicative.

Risk transfers to the Customer upon physical receipt of the product.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Returned products must be:

• Unused
• Complete
• In their original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.

8. Legal Guarantees

The Customer benefits from:

• The legal guarantee of conformity under French Consumer Code
• The warranty against hidden defects under French Civil Code

9. Candle Safety and Use

Candles must be used in accordance with the safety instructions provided.

They must be kept out of reach of children and never left unattended.

TAOE3 shall not be held liable for improper or unsafe use of its products.

10. Retention of Title

Products remain the property of TAOE3 until full payment has been received.

11. Liability

TAOE3 shall not be liable for indirect damages, improper use of products or events of force majeure.

12. Force Majeure

TAOE3 shall not be held responsible for non-performance due to force majeure events.

13. Mediation

In accordance with French Consumer Law, the Customer may refer a dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator:

14. European Online Dispute Resolution

15. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction.

17. Partial Invalidity

If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
