To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be returned in its original condition
• It must not have been used
• It must be complete and in its original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Any damaged, incomplete, or used item will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds
Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
Exceptions
According to applicable laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Sealed goods that have been opened for hygiene or safety reasons
